Pyramid Consulting is seeking to expand our current client base by forming strategic alliances and other relationships that would enhance the market penetration and increase the profitability of our management consulting practice.
Currently, Pyramid Consulting is engaged in both the public and private sectors providing consulting services to assist our clients with business analysis, business process improvement and enterprise technology architecture planning. Our approach is to work with clients who recognize the value of leveraging symbiotic relationships with outside experts that are focused on achieving systemic business improvements. Our unique value proposition is to focus on the alignment of business strategy with technology planning.
Pyramid Consulting recently completed its first project as a government contractor with the US Department of Transportation conducting a Process Improvement Project (PIP) for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We have also provided on-site program management resources for a large corporation over a 24 month contract to plan, develop and implement an enterprise technology architecture including the establishment of an ongoing IT governance structure.
The combination of our proprietary methodologies for Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), our staff who are former senior professionals with Fortune 500 companies and our focus on establishing relationships with our clients provide a true differentiation when compared to the typical consulting organization. Our goal is achieve long term, measurable results for our clients rather than focus on delivering fee based research reports or performing short term project analysis.
Pyramid Consulting utilizes proprietary methodologies in BPI and EAP that serve as initial frameworks for establishing the scope and deliverables for a client engagement. Based on the unique client requirements, we customize a specific step-wise approach to achieve the desired results. Throughout the client engagement we may utilize several contemporary business analysis techniques such as critical success factor analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, industry five factor analysis and value chain analysis.
